Here to show us how digital fusion can be danced to, Shady Monk from Philadelphia & That Andy Guy from Alabama have prepared a mixtape with fresh new songs and remixes of their faves. "Digital fusion" is basically the genre that DESKPOP first became known for before dipping into hyperpop. It's like vgm (video game music) but relies less on nostalgic sounds and more on complex rhythms + genre blending of jazz/funk/dance. Some of the featured musicians are well known in the digital fusion scene, and some are from the hyperpop network! Everything sorta “fuses” together hehe
